🛠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@drsmotorsport.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Most of our products are made or sourced to order. Please only purchase if you’re certain you want the item — if you’re unsure about fitment, reach out and we’ll be happy to advise.
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special order products
  • Personalized items
  • Workshop services
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we’re here to help.


🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping within the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no explanation required.
Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
    You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
